We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• full name;
• company or organisation (optional);

• phone number (optional);
• service of interest, subject and message content.

For security reasons, the server also records technical access data, such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Form data is used exclusively to respond to your contact or proposal request and for any resulting business follow-up. Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form.

Technical access data is used to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website, in particular to prevent automated and abusive submissions.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Data may be processed by the website hosting and email service providers, strictly to the extent necessary for these services to operate, or disclosed to authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

Messages received are kept for as long as necessary to respond to the request and follow up on any resulting relationship, and are then deleted. Server technical logs are kept for a limited period, for security purposes only.

6. Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function:

• a session cookie and a security cookie (protection against cross-site request forgery — CSRF), used when submitting the form;
• a cookie that remembers your chosen language for one year.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts and all website resources are served from our own server.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and withdraw the consent you have given. To exercise these rights, write to info@mcfield.co.mz.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), protection of the form against automated submissions and restricted access to messages received.
